Our company offers a variety of services that includes renting, selling and the management of residential property. We assess properties, accompany the client on all visits, advise and assist in negotiations, draw up the legal contracts for signing and will supervise all transactions. Once the company or individual has concluded the agreements, our staff will ensure the rapid resolution of any complications that may arise during the handing over of the property, or that may take place during the contractual period.

Property Management
This is a popular service for property owners who live abroad or indeed, people who do not have time to manage their property. Basically it consists in taking care of accessory expense payments and all minor problems that could arise during the tenancy, such as difficulties in using appliances, small repairs, interruptions of public utility services, relationship with neighbours etc. For major problems, such as needs for costly repair or replacement of appliances, fixtures, floors etc. our agency will inquire with the owner, acting as first contact for the tenant.

Short Term Rentals
This is a wonderful opportunity for clients to live in a charming furnished apartment or studio, and is a good alternative to hotels and residences. Property International offers a limited number of these apartments.

House Search Service
Multi listing of properties is not a method used in Italy. Each agency will list their individual properties that they might have, in exclusive, or shared with other agencies. Often individuals and companies do not have the time or resources to look for a property contacting numerous agencies. We will do that for you, offering a variety of different housing packages.

We will also initially help you with advice on local schools, health centres, lawyers, au pair agencies, churches utilities, expatriate organizations and other helpful information assisting your relocation to Italy.
